The City of Richland is a full-service city, providing many utility services. The City combines charges for those services on one convenient monthly bill for Electric, Water, Sewer, Solid Waste, Stormwater, Street Utility, and Medical & Ambulance Service.
Our Customer Service office accepts all payments for the City of Richland. Our payment drop box is located in the west parking lot of City Hall (all payments must have account number or payment voucher attached). Online and over-the-phone payments are also available.
