The Assistant City Manager plays a vital role in the leadership and daily operations of the City of Richland. Working closely with the City Manager, the Assistant City Manager oversees the Administrative Services Department, supports the execution of City policies and oversees a broad range of time-sensitive, diverse, and complex projects and professional duties.
