The Board of Adjustment conducts public hearings and makes decisions on applications for special use permits, variances to the regulations or restrictions in the Richland Municipal Code, and hears and decides on appeals to administrative interpretations of the City's zoning code.
Meetings
The Board of Adjustment meets the third Thursday of each month, as needed, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 625 Swift Blvd.
