The City of Richland Purchasing Division is partnering with Public Purchase, a web based e-Procurement service. This e-Procurement system will create a single location for vendors to view open bid solicitations as well as award information for previous bids issued through the Public Purchase website. This system will also provide vendors with automatic email notification of bidding opportunities. There is no charge to register, receive notifications or view and download documents, with the City of Richland. In addition, Public Purchase gives vendors access to bid opportunities with other government entities.
Why Register?
The City of Richland is moving to an electronic posting of bid and other solicitation opportunities. By registering with Public Purchase, you will be registered to view and download the bid and other solicitation documents.
Who is Public Purchase?
Public Purchase provides government agencies and their vendors with a comprehensive and easy to use web based eProcurement system. The Public Purchase eProcurement system is designed exclusively for use by government agencies and their vendors and is compliant with all Federal and State regulations, which set forth the required procedures for government agency purchasing.
This eProcurement system provides the transmittal of bid solicitations to vendors. In addition, Public Purchase gives vendors access to bid opportunities with other government entities. All of this is provided at no charge to vendors.
