The City of Richland periodically disposes of surplus personal property and vehicles using Public Surplus online auction. To bid on these items, go to www.publicsurplus.com and use the “Browse Auctions Within Area” function.

The City of Richland periodically disposes of surplus personal property and vehicles using Booker Auction on-site location at 31 Eltopia W. Road, Eltopia, WA. To see what is available at Booker Auction visit them in person or online at www.bookerauction.co

The City of Richland does not accept bids for any surplus item. You must bid directly with Public Surplus or Booker Auction.
