The Street Light Issue Reporting System helps identify street lights that are not operating correctly so crews can get them back in service quickly. This improves community safety, especially at crosswalks and intersections.

Report a Street Light Issue

To report a street light issue, please submit the form at the bottom of this page. Once a request has been submitted, a light bulb or similar symbol will show on the map indicating the issue.

Please only use this form to report street light issues. To report other City malfunctions like crosswalk signals, parks maintenance requests and potholes, submit a service request.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for street light repairs. Our electrical crews work to repair them quickly once a notification is received. Thank you for doing your part to help us to keep the lights on.
