Not in Roadway, Not Causing a Traffic Hazard:
Under RMC 12.16: property owners are responsible for maintaining the planting strip, sidewalk,
and adjacent areas of the public right-of-way. This responsibility includes removing debris,
vegetation, hazards, and deceased wildlife located outside the roadway.
