My Account is now live! We’re aware of an error in our recent MyAccount email that was distributed this morning to existing on-line bill pay customers.
If you received an email welcoming you to our new utility billing portal, you may have noticed that the login email listed was incorrect. A corrected message will be sent shortly.
In the meantime, you can still get started by following these steps:

Select “Forgot Your Password?”

Use the same email you used for your former E-Care account and your full 16-digit utility customer-account number (found on your bill) to reset your password and create your new MyAccount login.
